In Germany, insolvency administrators are primarily interested in enriching themselves. If the insolvency estate is large, the administrator can indirectly intervene at will. For example, they can simply initiate legal proceedings with a high value in dispute and quickly and handsomely compensate their own legal representation.
My advice to insolvent entrepreneurs: Don't let the company make money during the insolvency proceedings. It will be used against you.
